Deposits

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable.
  • If you cancel your appointment after paying a deposit, you will forfeit the deposit.
  • We’re happy to reschedule without loss of deposit if you give maximum 1 week before the schedule.
  • If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, we cannot tattoo you in the best interests of you & your child’s health.
  • Please remember it is your responsibility to ensure you are fit & healthy enough to be tattooed.
  • Minimum deposit Rp. 500.000,- for purchase under Rp. 5000.000,- and a minimum of 10% for purchases above Rp. 5.000.000,-

Reschedules

  • All reschedule requests and cancellations must be written via Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct message or email.
  • Deposits are only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Payment details and procedures

  • The tattoo reservation needs to pay a deposit of Rp. 500.000,- for purchase under Rp. 5.000.000,- and minimum 10% for purchase above Rp. 5.000.000,- and the rest of payment after getting tattooed.
  • Payments are made in the amount and currency indicated. Bank charges are already included.
  • For all forms of reservations, you must make payment within the specified time. If payment is not made, then Nagaloka Tattoo  reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Payment methods are supported by the DOKU payment gateway and include bank transfer and credit card.
  • After making full payment, Nagaloka Tattoo will place the order and issue a reservation code, which will be accompanied by:
